Reiki 1

Initiation into Reiki attunes you to the universal life force energy. It will raise your vibration and give you permanent access to healing energies. Reiki is not only a way of homing your natural healing abilities but it will also act as a catalyst for self development, healing and growth.

Reiki brings out the best in you, intensifies your capabilities and shows you the parts of your life that have not yet been integrated. Reiki also reveals a path to relaxation, which is so important in our busy lives.

Once attuned to Reiki you will remain a channel for the divine healing energies throughout your life, even if you never use it. Although daily practice deepens understanding of the universal energies and helps you become a clear channel for it.

There is no philosophy or religion attached to Reiki, it is pure energy.

Reiki 1 reconnects you to the physical; your body and the Earth. Reiki energy is subtle. It usually takes some time for a beginner to tune into it and appreciate it fully, although, you will feel the healing effects after the first attunement. With each attunement, the charkas are tuned to a higher frequency, which brings about the following (provided you are open to it);

Magnification of our inner perception.
We develop greater sensitivity for the energy of others, of things and of course of ourselves. This involves sharpening and trusting our intuition.

Growing Self-Confidence and trust in Life.
When we find out that we are a part of life's orchestra, we realise that life wants the best for all its parts and we can stop resisting it for a change and let go.

More Compassion Towards everyone and everything, including ourselves.
We will start to take our life into our own hands and work with life instead of against it.

Solving old Problems.
One of the side effects of Reiki 1 Initiation is that many unsolved problems may bubble up in order to be resolved. It is up to the individual to answer the call. Reiki is not a magic pill that takes care of our ailments while we take active role. Personal growth and change require willingness and action.

Reiki 2

Second Degree Reiki takes you further into yourself and gives you more powerful tools for self-discovery and integration. With the use of symbols you will learn to let the universal life energy flow more efficiently. The symbols learnt in Reiki 2 will intensify any healing or meditation. Reiki 2 helps to not only heal the body but the emotions and the mind as well.

The second degree initiations work on a higher level than the first degree and enable the channel to not only heal the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects but also to transmit energy across time and space.

The third degree Reiki raises your vibrations again and connects you with Divine, the spiritual self. During this initiation you learn the Master symbols which can be used to further heighten your awareness of Reiki and spirituality.

Reiki 3 ~ Teachers

The Teachers Degree enables you to initiate other to the above degrees. This level is only for those who wish to share Reiki - and therefore themselves, with others.

Working as a Reiki Teacher is not everyone's calling and requires more than just the initiation process know how. One needs to be a skilled communicator, counsellor and lover of humanity before setting out to teach a thing as delicate as Reiki. A Reiki Teacher needs to be coming from a space of love, in which they have full awareness of themselves and their motivations.

The Certificate will be awarded on successful completion of the Reiki 1 manual and a teaching observation.

Reiki initiations are sacred and need to be facilitated by someone with conscious use of self and unconditional love.
